私の部屋から見て真東の隣のお宅の屋根に大黒天が鎮座されている。私は毎朝この大黒天に向かってヨガを行います。大黒天、Mahakala は、シヴァ神の異名であり、インドから日本へと伝わりました。ヨガを実施する上で、真東に位置する場所でシヴァ神と朝日と共にヨガができることは最高の喜びです。
