昨日は低気圧の通過に伴い荒れた天気でしたが、夕方から雲の合間に陽射しが届き、うねりを伴う波がビーチに打ち寄せているのが確認できたので、4時半くらいから日の暮れる6時前まで波乗りを楽しみました。今年に入って初めて海に入りました。春は良い波が来る時期です。それに向けてトレーニングが必要ですね。今日は良い天気で、午後はベランダで好きな読書タイムです。
